Usage Range:
Used as an interfacial modifier for fiberglass and mineral-filled PP: Maleic anhydride grafted PP imparts polarity and bondability to PP, significantly improving the interfacial bonding strength of PP with inorganic fillers such as fiberglass, talc, and mica, resulting in a significant increase in the tensile strength, bending strength, and impact strength of the modified PP.
Used as a compatibilizer for PP and alloys of resins containing polar groups: Maleic anhydride grafted PP can be used as a compatibilizer for PA/PP and PA/PE blends, improving the processing performance, impact resistance, reducing water absorption, and improving the dimensional stability of the products.
Imparts coating and painting properties to PP: Improves the coating and painting performance of PP.
Low VOC control, very low residual maleic anhydride in the product, applicable to emerging new materials fields such as new energy vehicle parts, traditional automotive parts, electronics and appliances, smart devices, and Internet of Things infrastructure.
Usage:
Proportionally extruded and pelletized by twin-screw extruder.
Reference Proportion:
Users should add according to their requirements and cost-effectiveness.
Storage:
25kg package, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 24 months from the date of production.
