Usage:
This product uses PE and POE composite maleic anhydride grafting as an interfacial modifier for magnesium hydroxide-filled PE: Maleic anhydride-grafted PE/POE imparts polarity and bondability to PE/POE, which can improve the activity of magnesium hydroxide and significantly improve the interfacial bonding strength between PE and inorganic fillers such as magnesium hydroxide, resulting in a significant improvement in the low-temperature impact strength of modified PE.
Used as a compatibilizer for PE and resin alloys containing polar groups: Maleic anhydride-grafted PE can be used as a compatibilizer for PA/PE blends, improving the processing performance, impact resistance, and reducing water absorption, and improving the dimensional stability of the products.
Impart coating and painting properties to PE: Improve the coating and painting properties of PE .
Maleic anhydride-grafted PE/POE can also be used as a good adhesive.
Usage:
Proportionally extruded and pelletized by twin-screw extruder.
Reference Proportion:
Users should add according to their requirements and cost-effectiveness, adding 5-25%.
Storage:
25kg packaging, stored in a ventilated and dry place, not exceeding 24 months from the date of production.
