Usage:
Used as an interfacial modifier for PP filled with fiberglass and minerals: Maleic anhydride grafted PP imparts polarity and bondability to PP, significantly improving the interfacial bonding strength between PP and inorganic fillers such as fiberglass, talc, and mica, resulting in significantly improved tensile strength, bending strength, and impact strength of the modified PP.
Used as a compatibilizer for PP and resin alloys containing polar groups: Maleic anhydride grafted PP can be used as a compatibilizer for PA/PP and PA/PE blends, improving the processing performance, impact resistance, reducing water absorption, and improving the dimensional stability of the products.
Imparts coating and painting properties to PP: Improves the coating and painting performance of PP.
Usage method:
Proportionally extruded and pelletized by twin-screw extruder.
Reference proportion:
Users should add according to requirements and cost-effectiveness.
Storage:
25kg packaging, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 24 months from the date of production.
