Application Range

This series of toughening agents is suitable for low-temperature toughening of PA6 or PA66. This product is a POE grafted maleic anhydride, which is extremely effective in improving the impact performance and low-temperature performance of products, reducing water absorption, and eliminating the trouble of post-treatment to stabilize the Size. It can be used to make low-temperature ultra-tough nylon.

It can be used as a compatible toughening agent for PA6 and PP/PE alloys, playing a dual role of promoting compatibility and improving toughness.

It can be used as a compatible toughening agent for glass fiber or filler-filled PP, with a very significant compatible toughening effect.

Usage

It can be directly mixed with materials for toughening, without the need for drying treatment. The effect is better with screw extrusion granulation.

Reference Proportion

5-30% or added as appropriate by the user according to requirements and cost-effectiveness.

Storage

20kg packaging, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 24 months from the date of production.
