Range of use:

The toughening agent is suitable for PC/ABS, PBT/ABS and PA6/ABS alloy toughening or glass fiber reinforced toughening, improve the impact resistance and low temperature resistance of products, and increase stress crack resistance.

 
Instructions:

Granulated by twin-screw extrusion.
 

Reference ratio:

3-10% or users can add it according to requirements and cost performance.
 

Storage:

25 kg packaging. Store in a ventilated and dry place. Since the production date does not exceed 12 months.

Applications:

SWR-7C can be used for PC/ABS blends, as compatibilizer for PBT/ABS or PA6/ABS blends. Blends using SWR-7C exhibit significant improvement in impact strength and low temperature performance.

Application method:

Blending by twin screw extruder was suggested.

Proposed amount:

The addition levels from 3 to 10%based on customer requirements.

Package and storage:

25 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
