Polycarbonate toughener SWR-PCS

Range of use:

The toughening agent is suitable for PC or PC/ABS alloy toughening or glass fiber reinforced toughening, improve the impact performance and low temperature resistance of PC or PC/ABS products, and increase stress crack resistance.

This product has a good toughening effect, while improving the sensitivity of the product to water.
 

Instructions:

Granulated by twin-screw extrusion.
 

Reference ratio:

5-8% or users can fill in as appropriate according to product requirements and cost performance.
 

Storage:

Packed in 25 kg, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 12 months since production date.

SWR-PCS can be used for PC or PC/ABS blends and flame-retardant plastic. Blends using SWR-PCS exhibit significant improvement in impact strength，ESCR and low temperature performance.

Blending by twin screw extruder was suggested

Proposed amount:

The addition levels from 3 to 8%based on customer requirements.

Package and storage:

25 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation.  The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
