Range of use:
The toughening agent is suitable for PBT or PET glass fiber to strengthen and toughen, improve the interface bonding of PBT or PET and glass fiber, and improve the impact performance and low temperature resistance of the product.
It is suitable for toughening PBT or PET, improving the impact performance and low temperature resistance of PBT or PET products, maintaining the dimensional stability of the products, and reducing warpage and shrinkage in horizontal and vertical directions.
At the same time, it is suitable for PBT or PET flame retardant toughening or flame retardant reinforced toughening. There is no residue of polar monomers in this product, and there is no adverse effect on the flame retardant effect.
Instructions:
It is recommended to use twin screw extrusion granulation.
Reference ratio:
5-8% or users can fill in as appropriate according to requirements and cost performance.
Storage:
Packed in 20 kg, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 6 months since production date.

Applications:
SWR-6B can be used for PBT or PET blends and glass fiber reinforced plastic. Blends using SWR-6B and glass fiber reinforced plastic exhibit significant improvement in impact strength and low temperature performance.

The addition levels from 3 to 8%based on customer requirements.
Package and storage:
20 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
