Range of use:

Used as an interface modifier for glass fiber and mineral-filled PP: Maleic anhydride grafted PP gives PP polarity and adhesiveness, which can greatly improve the interface combination of PP and inorganic fillers such as glass fiber, talc, and mica. The force makes the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of modified PP obviously improved.

Used as a compatibilizer for PP and resin alloys containing graded groups: Maleic anhydride grafted PP can be used as a compatibilizer for PA/PP and PA/PE blended gold to improve the processing performance, impact resistance and reduction of nylon Water absorption rate, improve the dimensional stability of products.

Give PP coating and paintability: improve PP coating and paintability.

Instructions:

Extruded and granulated by twin screws in proportion.
 

Reference ratio:

Users fill in as appropriate according to requirements and cost performance.
 

Storage:

Packed in 25 kg, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 12 months since production date.

SWJ-1B can be used as coupling agent for glass fiber reinforced PP, inorganic filler, and non-halogen flame-retardant wire and cable compounds containing magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)).

SWJ-1B can be used as compatibilizer for PA/PP blends, modifier for high melt flow polypropylene, improving coating and spraying on PP products.

The addition levels from 5 to 8%based on the customer requirement.

Package and storage:
 

25 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during  transportation.  The  goods  store  for  12  months  from  the  date  of manufacture.
