Range of use:
Used for PA6 toughening, strengthening and toughening, etc., to improve the impact resistance, cold resistance, molding processability and reduce the water absorption rate of nylon.
Compatibilizer for blending gold with nylon, polypropylene and polyethylene.
Macromolecular coupling agent for mineral and glass fiber filled nylon.
It is used as a compatible toughening agent for PP filled with glass fiber or filler, which has the dual function of compatible toughening.
Instructions:
It can be extruded and granulated by twin screws in proportion, and it can also be directly injected.
Reference ratio:
Users fill in as appropriate according to requirements and cost performance.
Storage:
Packed in 20 kg, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 12 months since production date.

Applications:
SWR-3A can be used for PA6 or PA6 glass fiber reinforced plastic. Blends using SWR-3A exhibit significant improvement in impact strength, low temperature and processing performance. Water absorption of the products will be decreased.
SWR-3A can be used as compatibilizer of PA6/PP or PA6/PE blends.
Application method:
Blending by twin screw extruder was suggested without drying of SWR-3A Proposed amount:
The addition levels from 5 to 25% based on customer requirements.
Package and storage:
20 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
