Range of use:
This series of toughening and brightening agent is suitable for PA6 or PA66 flame retardant toughening and flame retardant reinforced toughening, which is beneficial to the dispersion of flame retardants and can improve the impact performance and low temperature resistance of products.
It is suitable for the dyeing process with higher requirements for PA6 or PA66, and promotes the uniformity and dispersion of the dye, without affecting the color of the dye.
The same applies to the use range of other types of nylon tougheners.
Instructions:
It can be directly mixed with materials for toughening without drying treatment, and the granulation effect is better through screw extrusion.
Reference ratio:
5-8% or users can fill in as appropriate according to requirements and cost performance.
Storage:
Packed in 20 kg, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 6 months since production date.

Applications:
SWR-3C without free MAH monomer can be used for PA6 or PA66，flame retardant plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastic. Blends using SWR-3C exhibit significant improvement in impact strength, low temperature and processing performance. Water absorption of the products will be decreased.
SWR-3C can be used as compatibilizer of PA6/PE blends .
SWR-3C can't have effect on the color and lustre ofblends.
Application method:
Blending by twin screw extruder was suggested without drying of SWR-3C.
Proposed amount:
The addition levels from 5 to 25% based on customer requirements
Package and storage:
20kg/bag,store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
