Range of use:
This series of tougheners are suitable for toughening and reinforcing nylon, and have quite good low temperature resistance, weather resistance and impact resistance.
At –20°C to –30°C, the impact strength is reduced by about 10% compared to normal temperature.
Instructions:
It can be directly mixed with materials for toughening without drying treatment, and the granulation effect is better through screw extrusion.
Reference ratio:
5-8% or users can fill in as appropriate according to requirements and cost performance.
Storage:
Packed in 20 kg, stored in a ventilated and dry place, no more than 6 months since production date.

Applications:
SWR-3F1 can be used for toughening agent of Nylon. Blends using SWR-3F1 exhibit excellent low temperature resistance and impact performance.
Impact strength ofblends was decreased 10% in–20°C ～–30°C.
Application method:
Injection with Nylon directly or blending by twin screw extruder without drying of SWR-3F1.
Proposed amount:
The addition levels from 5 to 8% based on customer requirements.
Package and storage:
20 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
